Apple have announced that the new iPhone 6, set for release in September, will only be available in United States of America. The world’s most popular smartphone is to be restricted in order to calm the ongoing patent battle with Samsung...

This can't be true. The amount of money they would miss out on is probably more than the cost of any lawsuit. And Samsung would practicly take over the entire high end market

We don't usually know about Apple products until a few weeks before their release, or at least confirmed, solid information. 

 

I refuse to believe this is happening until Apple comes out and says it themselves.
