how do i transfer my windows OS from one drive to another

Not recommended, if you are moving to a new PC with different hardware, it's better to reinstall windows as it may cause issues.

Reinstall.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

The lazy way I've been doing it for recent transfers/ backups is getting a drive with good first party cloning software (Samsung's is excellent ime) if you're trying to keep everything intact. If you're just trying to hang onto the license the others are probably right and its not worth the headache, reinstallation is probably the simpler option
