asus tuf normal bleeding ?

I know it is a common question but I just need to know is this ips bleeding normal because I am not an expert or should I return it ?

The most bleeding is on the top right corner.

 

The monitor is: Asus tuf VG249Q

it's impossible to tell how bad it is unless we view it in person as camera settings may skew what it actually looks like (not to mention, depends on our display quality too)

 

so... if you think it's too bad, ask if you can RMA it

The first image is more realistic,so what is your opinion about it ?

so i used my IPS monitor (VX239H) as comparison, turned off the lights and do see some backlight bleed on the bottom left, not sure if it's as bad as yours tho, yours seems brighter (again, my main display brightness is cranked), but mine never bothered me at all over the past 6 years, so it's up to you to see if it bothers you on day to day use

I've had some laughably bad backlight bleed on some panels but you know when it bothers me day to day? Never. 

 

Unless i'm in a dark room with a all black image on the screen, is the only time I notice it. I do that about 0.001% of the time so I just live with it.

Yeh, it disturbs if you're planning to watch black screen in the dark room.

I edit my posts more often than not
