I got an MSI Reference RX 6900XT to 9c WITHOUT AIO or a water block.

My build is up high because the previous one did not survive well on the floor. The wife tripped and spilled soda all over the top exhaust fans and my toddler tried to clean the side panel window with a rough rag that was like sandpaper. So I put it up high in a corner behind 3 tv's that get a little warm. SO, I've done a little redneck engineering with a trip to home depot I made this. At the very end of the tube at the window is a 3k rpm 120mm fan that plugs directly into the wall with a converter that sucks up all the 15f degree winter air. I overclocked the card a little bit and ramped up all the fans. The warmest the GPU ran was 48c while playing Cyberpunk 2077. There was at no point over the last 2 days straight any sign of condensation. The 5950x paired with a Corsair H150i Pro didn't do so bad either.

None for 2 days straight. Day one I left all fans on auto and day 2 I ran everything maxed out.

That's really nice. What monitor/TV is that in the middle?

I'd still be terrified of that pipe next to my monitor and hardware though, lol

32" Funai 1360x768 / 55" LG NanoCell 1920x1080 (Desktop) 3840x2160 (Games) / 32" Westinghouse 1360x768

60hz on the two 32 inch tv's and 120hz (1080) or 60hz (4k) on the big one.

I admit the pipe is bigger than I thought it'd be. I needed the register box to have a port big enough for the 3 intake fans on the bottom of the tower, only size in stock close enough was a 12x6 with 6" port. I can do better, make it cleaner looking, this was just a wild idea I had and didn't plan very well. Measured once and cut 5 or 6 times.

what about condensation though??(which will occur)

It won't condense as long as the air coming in is constant. If the internals got cold and then warm room air was introduced, it would get condensation. But OP is feeding the same air all the time. As long as there isn't a big swing from cold to warm, it'll be fine.

It's sort of a closed system. You don't get condensation in your refrigerator because it's full of cold, dry air. Leave your fridge open for a while though and it will.
