PC Has a crashes when I play a YouTube video

NewGuy1

My computer has a problem where when I open a YouTube video about 80% of the time both of my monitors will black screen then turn back on. Sometimes the video will have audio but the webpage will be black other things I have open like games will crash and I will have to re open them and when I have task manager on it will show a spike to 100% use of the GPU 3D. The 3D gpu spike also happens when i close google chrome or some other programs.

Pc specs:

Cpu:ryzen7 5700g

16 Gb ram

Asus B 450F gaming II

500gb nvme storage

Have you tried disabling all overclocks including anything you put on your CPU, RAM, or GPU?

I do not have any overclocks on the computer

Are you sure, at what speed is the RAM running?

Tbh, your dedicated RAM for the iGPU is probably too small,  set it to 2gb or 4gb in the BIOS.

(you'd have to check where the setting is, probably somewhere in "CPU" since that's where your iGPU is)

Wait, do you have a GPU or are you running off integrated graphics? I cant see a gpu in your video and you didn't list one?

Not an issue per say, but that made me check and op has only 512mb of RAM for the iGPU,  that might be an issue,  recommended is minimum 2gb.
