HTC One M8 Review & DUAL PHONE GIVEAWAY!

I would have to say the premium design paired with the excellent software is the best thing about the M8

My favorite feature of the HTC One M8, is the overall design with speaker placement.  Having a phone like this helps with my studies in Wind Symphony as it can help tune my instrument, or use as a metronome.  My Nokia Lumia 900 barely has apps for either of this, and is quiet.

My wife is jealous of my gorgeous m8, granted she did get my nexus 5, but she's tired of my sloppy seconds (previously using my N4). Can you level the playing field for her Linus? The phone is absolutely beautiful, never had she noticed build quality in any fashion.

My favorite aspect of the M8 has to be the HTC build quality

As a long time apple user, Who am i kidding, my phone is jailbroken. I would rather have a brick, but my Cell provider doesn't have one available.

I was surprised when they included kernel gestures as there's an active community on XDA for HTC One for this. Kudos to HTC for bringing this in. although only if they went through with this and also had a way to make it sleep through a gesture.

Great video about the M8. I've been trying to decide between the M8 and S5 and this video helped a lot!!!!

If there is only one thing that I can favorite about this phone, it is the active display. Tough one between sense (with blinkfeed) and that display.

As I'm still rocking my Samsung Galaxy S2, I love everything about the HTC One M8! Beautiful build quality, great sound, screen, speed, battery life, camera for taking pictures of my cats, etc.

My favourite part is probably the speakers. I get quite annoyed with how quiet and not-pointed-at-me my phone's speakers are.

Wow. This phone is truly brilliant. There is no, 'one,' thing (see what I did there) that I like about this phone, except that every component works flawlessly as ONE. (sorry, I'll stop now).

I have been using HTC phones for a while now. I started off with a Wildfire S, then upgraded to an HTC One S a year and a half ago, and although there are a few problems that occur now and then (my phone literally spazzes out, opening and closing every single application on my phone :P), I could see after watching this review that HTC have really brushed up on a lot of the problems they were facing before when it came to their phones.

Many phone companies are improving their software in order for people to get that silky feel that the iPhone 4 had introduced long ago, but while this is good, HTC are most probably the only company who have been able to give their flagship phone a silky feel, while not only keeping up with their performance, but improving on it drastically.
And that's just it. Every component, from the brushed aluminium chassis to the powerful Snapdragon Quad-Core Processor and the new HTC Sense 6 with Android KitKat, all compliment each other to make a near-perfect phone which you can trust to last you a very long time. That's what I truly love about the HTC One M8.

It's the little things that count too. The front speakers, the dual-camera, the IR capability. It's how they have achieved to build a powerhouse phone with so much functionality while not sacrificing any of the main components of the phone that truly amazes me. Well done HTC!

Most beautiful looking phone I've ever seen with its all gun metal finish. Most appealing feature for me is the dual front facing speakers. That is just a common sense right there. Large 5.0" 1080p screen. Quad core CPU and with an SD card slot option! I usually don't ask for much in a phone but who could ask for anything more in the M8!

I've never truly had a "REAL" smartphone before and simply just cannot afford this one or anything similar but what a way to dive into the new technology then with an HTC One M8. My current phone is an old LG EnV Touch in which the battery drains just after 2 1/2 hours of idle time with random reboots. :/

Great video review Linus! While in the middle of the video I've realized of how much your reviews are so informative, straight to the point and have looked more professional over the years. I hope someday a network station scoops you and your team up to be their tech specialist group and have your own show be broadcasted on TV nationwide. You truly deserve it brother! Keep up the work and good luck to everyone!

Favorite feature of the HTC M8, the speakers.
I still can't believe other companies didn't implement this on their smartphones.
I mean if you watch a lot of (youtube) videos (without headphones) this is a must have! (for me at least)
Also the sound quality is pretty good.
