Wasn't it dead yesterday? This has been going around all day so i'm sure it's a repost :P

I just used an old 2004 HP with a P4 in class today...it still works.

 

XP STILL WORKS

Support for it ended today. 

" support for Windows XP will end on April 8, 2014. "

It's just turned April 9th :P (I guess not in the US)

Wow, you guys are a bunch of Debbie Downers. Trying to have some fun here and joke around about it. Of course freaking Windows XP still works. It's not like it's gonna drop dead and not work all of a sudden. Support for it ended today, which means that it's *essentially* dead. By those standards, Windows 1.0 still isn't dead yet.

I bet there are hundreds or viruses and security breaches that people have been waiting for today to unleash. Now that they will never be fixed. XP may not drop dead, but it is bleeding out.

They killed off support... It is of course still usable...

We have at least 30 systems in our building still running XP. I am going to try and help in the migration to 7.

Yeah, I got a couple systems of mine needing an upgrade. Mind if you teleport over and help? I got like 9 to upgrade.
