here is the law, if someone wants to see it with a translator;

 

it looks like the us law, but has more limits about power/speed

 

under the law it looks like that it needs an electric motor (limits: 250w, 25kmh) added to muscle power to keep the bike going, but doesn't specify anything else

 

can't I like put a third generator like fossil fuel one, then convert it to electricity, and then putting in power with the emotor to circumvent the law?

 

please don't ask why, probably it would be Better suited some sort of lawyer, but that's just a theorical question

No need to worry, it's not an interesting enough idea to warrant a "why".  So you want to be a hybrid to bypass the law?

 

By your own definition it's illegal.  But I am sure there are some situations where going hybrid work perfectly fine.

 

No idea what those are though.  Sounds like you want to still be considered an e-bike while going much faster/farther.  FYI, note that anything over 49cc is a motorcycle in most US states, and requires a specific license to drive.

These laws are not enforced at all and there wont ever be a cop in the field to test the wattage over your motor

Certain power levels are associated with certain classes of vehicles.

 

If it can not exceed 70kph (in Canada) it's a moped and can be driven with a car drivers license. If it's 70kph or higher, it's a motorcycle and requires a separate motorcycle license. So e-bikes operate under moped if they can reach that speed. In BC, an ebike is "up to 500w (or 32kph) and has pedals" and Moped is "up to 1500w", anything higher and it's a motorcycle.

 

If you put a gas-operated engine on the bike, it's immediately classified as a moped if the engine is under 50cc and motorcycle if it's over 50cc. 

 

So your insurance and license requirements change. You can't really circumvent it without being forced into having a separate license and probably insurance. Likewise, circumventing it would be more effort than it's worth, and you'd be better off just buying a motorcycle.
