Concerning my amount of likes

So I've just been informed by a certain somebody that the amount of likes I have is because of my, *ahem*, "whoring around on RSS and Facebook." Umkay. You're not entirely wrong. If you want the same amount of likes as me, then whore around on RSS and Facebook as well. If not, then stop complaining. Plus, come on, it's digital likes on an Internet forum. Do I honestly care about the likes? Nope. Then why do I make updates about it? Because I'm surprised that people will give the threads I post that many likes, even though they are just news topics. 

 

If you don't like what I do, fine, you don't have to like what I do. You don't even have to like me. I couldn't care less. If any of you wanna get cozy and talk or play a game or something, I'm cool with that.

I honestly don't. I just have nothing better to do because all of my friends either work, live too far away for to hang out with them on a regular basis, or don't have a ride. Whenever me and my friends can get together, I'll take that over some Internet forum any day. Besides, there's far worse people on here.

If some one likes a post, it's because they like it or found it informative. I don't see how someone having a lot of likes is considered "whoring" since the people that liked it did it on there own free will.

He's giving you crap because the phrase is "couldn't care less" meaning that you care the littlest amount as possible. "Could care less" means that you could care less, for all we know, you care a lot. You can care less than a lot, if that makes ANY sense.
