Support yes, don't expect the highest fps in (gpu heavy) games tho.

edit; also the connector matters if you are connecting external monitor to notebook.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

No problem.
HDMI 1.4 would max out at 144Hz at 1080p
HDMI 2.0 would easily do 165Hz at 1080p

Depends on the monitor, most do come with at least 1 signal cable and a power cable.
(In my experience most have a HDMI cable, but more gameing style sometimes come with DisplayPort cable instead, or both)

But that info should be on the website or box if you're planning on buying a monitor.

Support yes, but considering ive been struggling to get 60fps constantly with the desktop version at mid/high settings in many games, there wont be many applications where it actually reaches that.

1060 is a very good card, but its also a mid range card from 2 generations ago, so i wouldnt expect too much.
