Looks like a "Colorful" knockoff brand (fake). That, or it is version used for the OEM market, just a guess.

 

Are you able to take a close-up picture of the sticker; specifically the writing under the rubber band? Also a high-res photo of the small stickers with QR codes on them; both front and back.

Probably a cheap Chinese brand like Manli. Looks like an OEM card that you’d get with a pre-built.
