his question is vague, he didn't supply any specifics, so as long as we're talking about security in general, it's fine (just like it's fine talking about piracy, but it's not ok to post links to copyrighted content or ways to bypass DRMs).

Asking or supplying ways to bypass security measures isn't allowed on the forum. Also, as a general rule, don't try to bypass the measures in place at your school or workplace, that can get you in trouble.
