  1. Something like this I'm assuming https://www.amazon.com/Blueshadow-USB-WiFi-Adapter-Wireless/dp/B077XJB1Z8/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?_encoding=UTF8&c=ts&dchild=1&keywords=USB+Computer+Network+Adapters&qid=1605099510&s=pc&sr=1-1-spons&ts_id=13983791&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExVk9TTTFJSUs2NVNOJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUExMDE1MTA2MVROMTVXSUExR0xSMSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwOTY1Mzk5TlUwTVJZSVc0NFVRJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
  2. Try disconnecting and reconnecting to your network. If that doesn't work try restarting your PC and unplugging/replugging your dongle for internet. If all else doesn't work just restart your router (unplug and replug)
  3. The 2600 and 3600 are about the same but the 2600 has to more cores. While the 3100 is newer it also requires a more expensive MOBO. But other than that they are basically the same.
  4. Heres a PCPARTPCIKER list I made for a pc Im going to build You can look at this as a barebones you can mondify PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor $149.99 @ Newegg Motherboard ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard $89.99 @ B&H Memory OLOy 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory $63.99 @ Newegg
  5. Ok first is there any reason to go with that SSD? If not I would recommend a 250gb NVMe SSD (WD black or something for $50) and a 2tb Seagate barracuda. Second I would recommend a GeForce GTX 1650 super or a used 1650. For the 3100 is there any reason not to go with a 2600? You get 6 cores and all b450 MOBO compatibility out of the box. Just use the AMD stock cooler if you go with this option:) just some things I would do! Btw the Kraken may look cool but the AMD stock cooler is fine (It comes with the CPU) You can get a 500gb Varient of the WD black if you want EDIT
  6. Try to get off the 14nm process and stop locking out high speed ram on certain chips.
  7. I dont see any reason this would be 'dangerous' just make sure your power supply can handle what your doing
  8. What CPU do you have? Most likely what is happening is that you have integrated graphics and that's why it's working when you plug a cable into your motherboard. I dont see why this would be dangerous... The way you worded you question is confusing me.
  9. Since when does a ryzen 5 1400 exist? Edit:Just looked this up and for some reason Ive never heard of this chip
  10. Sometimes these older workstations are not compatible with certain RADEON/RX graphics cards. I had an old lenovo mechine that lenovo hade made so the bios would straight out not see radeon/rx cards and was only validated for geforce cards below the 20 series. That might be whats going on here but I cant be sure.
  11. Motherboard sry, If you have a faulty motherboard it would have an issue where it crashes when it rereads the boot device or somthing. Is the error screen in windows? or is it a bios error.
  12. Not if he gets a 3090 or 3080... If you watched linuses video on the new 3090 it had power spikes that would probs overtake a 650w psu (Im not an expert tho so if I'm wrong sry about that)
  13. Oh ok than just do what Moonzy said
