Hi! I'm looking to dust off the inside of my PC a bit as it's bothering me because the build up is quite noticeable. (2-3 month old pc but the dust is really noticeable since I have black interiors now. Used to have a white build and dust wasn't really that noticeable. See photos below.)

Would it be okay to temporarily use a balloon pump (photo below) to dust off the back plate of the gpu and the psu shroud?

I'm worried about using it because of fear of damaging pc parts etc. (Not an expert with regards to that stuff so idk what I'm talking about tbh)

on the other hand, I found a Portable and rechargeable electric air duster online (https://s.lazada.com.ph/s.cfonp photos below also) would this be safe to use? I figured I could use this for when the day comes I need to deep clean my pc. In the product listing there's a video of someone cleaning a really dusty pc with it but I'm still not convinced if it's safe to use.

i just cba to buy a $10-$20 canned air each time I want to clean my pc

your opinions would be really appreciated. Thanks guys!

ps: sorry for the bad photo quality I'm working right now so I can't really open it.

You're not gonna get enough consistent airflow from a hand pump like that.  Plus you'll be jerking your hand around pumping it the whole time and might slip and jam it into something.  A foot pump might work better.  Or a small electric pump but who knows if those would have enough pressure to really move the dust around.

You could get one of those refillable sprayers common for mechanic use.  Usually you put oil in them and pump them up to spray oil but I don't see why you couldn't just leave out the oil and have a refillable air can.  The issue is though that you'd normally fill them with a compressor.  I assume your aim here is to not buy an actual compressor but I guess you could use a hand pump if the adapters connect.  Then you'd be able to build more pressure to better move the dust than with the hand pump alone.

I honestly just use my workshop compressor, have for years and years now

Just be careful, air has a fair amount of moisture in it and when going through a compressor, it can accumulate and can come out as mist. Also, some compressors are fitted with a lubricator (oil reservoir with a system to mist oil in the air lines to lubricate the air tools). Normally if it's maintained regularly, has proper filters in place, and no lubricator, you should be fine, but it's good to be aware that it could be an issue.

Got a moisture trap, and oil trap since I use it mostly for painting or sand blasting these days.

Silent build - You know your pc is too loud when the deaf complain. Windows 98 gaming build, smells like beige

Well, I suppose you could slap a Blank Fire adapter on your local AR, and go from there.
