Are you a morning person?

That's your problem right there. If you can't fight through that, then you're not going to accomplish anything.

Yeah I know that's my problem, I have been getting better at it though since I used to go to sleep even later. The problem is even if I try to go to sleep earlier, I just end up staring at the ceiling for hours. Doesn't matter if I avoid using screens (phone, computer, etc.) for a few hours before going to sleep, I just couldn't fall asleep earlier. I did find this suggestion interesting:

If you have problems getting to sleep with out watching something try listening to podcast without looking in the monitor

I usually don't watch videos before going to bed anyways, but decided to give it a shot. I don't listen to podcasts so I tried just listening to music for about half an hour to an hour last night before going to sleep at around 11pm. To my surprise, I actually fell asleep pretty quickly and woke up at around 7am without an alarm clock. Obviously one day is way to early to say this works, but I will keep trying this and seeing if it helps me.

It kind of makes sense actually; the fact that you haven't naturally woken up sort of means you aren't done sleeping I guess.

Also if you noticed, if you wake up at 06:30 and you say to your self its to early i will sleep for additional 30 min, after those 30 min you wake up groggy and messed up.
What i have noticed for me, it helps to wake up in the morning light  so i stopped putting curtains and window blinds and i let the morning light wake me up.

for the last 18 years my alarm has gone off at somewhere around 0430 - 0600, no more than 10 minutes after that I'm dressed and out the door. I set one alarm and when it goes off i'm up and out of bed, i HATE the snooze button and i really HATE the people with like 10 alarms set.

I can go to bed at 0200 drunk off my ass, and get up at 0600 easily, and sober.

I don't drink coffee or energy drinks either.

"These replies" are varied.

They all make you disgusted?

You're lack of specificity makes me think you just want to bitch.

Do you have a thorn in your paw?

Precisely because they’re varied, they all sound like excuses.
The fact that anyone ever replies to vague posts like mine indicate a defensive position so I feel like my disgust is valid

I guess you do have a thorn in your paw,

else why would anyone be a wilful hater.

Do you imagine yourself so much better than they?
