I’m working to reduce my daily refined grain intake, it’s one thing that has gotten too much during lockdown so trying for 4/5 portions max. That means breakfast has changed for me, now just trying to mix it up every day.

Almost everyday I have 2 eggs (fried), a bagel with usually peanut butter, and bacon. Oh and oj of course. Gotta get my vitamin c and calcium (yes, you can get calcium added to orange juice)

I dont have time for breakfast! I pretty much eat nothing all day and just have one meal a day on work days. On non-work days I east what I feel like when I feel like.

What's this breakfast you speak of?  It's 4:45 am where I'm at and I'm getting ready to eat dinner.  I usually eat only when I'm hungry.  Which is about once a day. Outside of that, it's a mixture of milk, coffee, soda, and cranberry juice for me.  With a sprinkling of nicotine.  And no...I don't smoke.  I vape.  Though I'm now cutting back on that slowly.

that is what the crony agriculture industry told the propaganda industry to tell you. A lot of breakfast foods look like dessert to me. All the good things I heard about breakfast are not true for me. I don't over eat. I don't have low energy or insulin issues. I actually control my energy and sleep better if I have one meal after the gym and before bed. Why do so many people feel sleepy at 3pm? It's coz for breakfast and lunch they stuffed their face with carbs and coffee, so by 3pm the high is wearing off. You can't get an energy low if you don't overheat.
