Posted February 2, 2021 Hello. I just got a Ryzen 5 3600, but the stock cooler seems to not work very well. I get 42-50c idle and it reaches 90 when stressed. Posted February 2, 2021 $100 will buy basically any air cooler on the market. Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy. If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Posted February 2, 2021 Since you are going up to $100.. My vote goes to Le Grand Macho RT. If you are going to just use it @ stock + PBO you could run it passively. Its good for CPU's up to 90w with no fan on it. Mine is 95w @ stock and it runs just fine with no fan. It wont interfere with your ram either, so you can swap em in and out no problem or just look at the lights :D I do have a fan on it because it cant do 120w.. which is what is displayed when its loaded @ 4500.
