Slightly Bent Pin, could it still work?

I have a slightly bent pin on my cpu, can i install it like that when my mobo arrives?

I would try and straighten it a bit more first. Use a thin safety blade to push it back into proper place before socketing it in.

Or just get a credit card, slide it between two rows of pins and then gently apply a bit of pressure on the side, so that the pins will straighten.

 

Or use the tip of a ball point pen to gently straighten it

 

Those pins aren't that sensitive.. they'll tolerate a tiny bit of bending.

I had the same issue, same degree of bend. 
I used a cleaned butter knife since it was the right thickness to realign the pin with slight pressure.

Your bend isn’t terribly concerning, I’d suggest aligning it prior to putting it in the socket.

i used the butter knife method and i straightened the pin out, atleast i cant see anything bent anymore.
