Does the Corsair SF750 have enough cables for a 3080 FTW3?

Duranson

I ordered a 3080 FTW3, and I'm getting an SF750 power supply for my new PC build. However, the 3080 FTW3 uses 3 8 pin power connecters instead of the standard 2 and I was just wondering if the SF750 comes with enough cables for this card? Thanks!

It does. They are the "doubled up" style so they have two 6+2 connectors per cable.

Here's one cable pictured (it comes with two, so 4 6+2 connectors total):

nvdiia specifically say to not use split 8pin cables for this, even if there is 3 separate connectors a 60amp single rail is recommended for 3080/3090, that psu (if i'm looking at the right one) is 62.5amp, if you are set on getting that psu, i wouldn't recommend overclocking (kinda wasting the extra power limit, or use a different psu.

There's been problems with ampere and mediocre psus, the spike from idle and load is something else, it's not just the wattage

Might want to rethink your build to stay away from SFX PSUs.

Or find another case that can use a full ATX PSU.

Why not an SFX PSU lol. I know several people who have used an SF750, 3080, and zen 3 chip with no issues.
