how much ram is usable in 8gb ddr3

So my ram is 8gb ddr3 and i cant overclock it cause it dosent support xmp or any other thing and i heard trhat a non over clocked ram is only usable half of it is it true???And if it dosend than how much ram is usable?and how can i optimize my ram??

What? Who told you that only half of non ocd ram is usable?? Are you using a 32bit os? Because the maximum there is only 4 gb

Don't know where you heard that you can only use half of your RAM if it's not overclocked, but it's not true.

not true and your screenshot doesn't look like there's an issue, except it's slow, but it's ddr3 so that's to be expected.

SO MY RAM IS OKAY AND IS USABLE AS IT SHOULD BE???

SO WHEN IM PLAYING WARZONE IT SHOWS IT USES 6GB RAM SO IT REALLY IS USING 6GB NOT LESS???

No it's not, used 3gb, available 4gb so it's about right.
