What kind of 3D models do you make? Because 64gb is quite overkill for most things I can think of. So is a 5900X tbh. If all you do is sketchup and gaming I'd say chill your wallet and get 32gb, a 5800X max and you can keep the 3080 or 6800XT

this budget is what my parents gave me since my sister got a pc last year so i plan to take full advantage of it but i often have many engineering projects and i have used up to 40 gb of ram at a time on my old mac

Id probably get a different drive. Get a 980 pro if you want speed, otherwise get a lower end drive like a sn550 or e16 based drive if you want a mid range drive.

6xxx has raytracing, its not gonna be as great as nvidia ray tracing but not many games support raytracing and i doubt thats gonna change for a few years, also no need to fanboy, please, theres no reason to waste money on brand loyalty

your probably right but on the other hand Minecraft retraced melts computers and i want to see how far i can push it and my parents are buying it so the price is of no concern
