If you use nvidia geforce experience, then use it. It's simple compare to obs

GeForce Experience or XBox Game Bar are decent. GeForce at least uses NVENC for better/faster compression that doesn't take as big of a toll on fps

Depends what GPU you have. Shadowplay is good for NVIDIA. OBS is a good too.

I would recommend OBS because of the immense flexibility it provides. Here's a helpful video from one of my professors.

You can set up scenes and be able to quickly switch between them without skipping beat. You can also easily add multiple sources for example your display capture as well as your webcam and have them shown together in your recording.
