Is it a bad idea to be downloading a game and playing a game from the same SSD?

I'm currently downloading / installing a game to my SSD, but at the same time I'm playing an different game. Not sure if that's going to corrupt anything on the installation process.

 

Should I wait for the entire game to finish downloading / installing before playing a game that was already installed to that SSD?

No just game on. Sure in online games you may have some lag but that is due to you downloading and loading the internet not because of what you say here.

nah, no problem

 

the only thing you shouldnt do is install 2 things at once, be it windows update + drivers, or whatever

 

install things 1 by 1

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Nope, this is OK. That's what I typically do when getting bored looking at the installation progress bar.
