200 pounds is fairly big, but it's not too late to start working out :).  Don't let it discourage you.

Yep, you're fat.

Just lose some weight and be grateful you did not let yourself go to the point where you can't lift yourself off your bed.

I feel like its pretty sad if anyone has to ask others to know if they are "fat" or not. If it bothers you just go lose weight, don't get others to try to comfort you.

90kg for your height is too much, yes. If you were about 6' and up, and depending on your muscle mass, it would be normal.

 Yeah, that's an unhealthy weight.

It's a whole other ballgame if someone was very muscular and weighed that much at 5'7".

Yes, you need to lose weight.
That said, don't just look at the number. I've weighed 170lbs at 5'7, but been in excellent shape.

Use the BMI. https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/BMI/bmicalc.htm

Body Mass index. You're normal if your result is between 18.5-24.9. I'm at 26...

Even BMI is not an accurate measurement, according to that I should weigh around 140 lbs. I haven't been light since I was in my late teens.

What you should test, is the amount of fat that you have. There's many ways to test this if you were to look it up.

It's not hard. Just watch what you eat, exercise and don't spend too much time on the computer. There's a direct correlation between screen time and obesity.

You're probably right about that but hey, the general public uses it, so I'll just stick with what they offer for now. I also started my journey to get back to shape, since the holidays are over.

I need to lose 10-15lbs to get back to normal.

You look finely weighted for your body's type of build...

Just keep failing/trying to hang that up to the window and you'll be your ideal weight in no time, stretch and nope it fell down...... stretch....nope.. stretch...still nope... stretch... <- this could be shedding those grams you never thought you'd lose :)

Laughing at yourself is the best way to show others you can take a joke, even about yourself,.. you seem like a cool guy.

Whoever said Screen time and obesity is a crock, and I'd like to know "genuine" sources.... not some naysayer.

Unless I and others I know who use computers are the below average standard...

I've been heavily using computers since the 80's, and Im currently 5ft 11" @ 70Kg's.

My brother, using computers since the 80's, and not so heavy usage but everyday use for hours... is 66Kg's and shorter than me.

Most of my PC friends, if not ALL, are below 100Kg's, ranging from age 17-45, and some of these are ALL DAY gamers (younger ones obviously)

Obesity and Screen time.... do not go hand in hand,  what you eat ,... that what counts.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
