Upgrades for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

Burner1061
So I'm a console gamer, but I'm very interested in the new Microsoft Flight Sim. It looks like it's a while off for console and I'd like to get it on PC, but I don't currently have anything that can run it. I don't want a new computer, but could I get some recommendations for upgrades? I have 2 PCs; an HP Pavilion p7-1534 with an AMD A8-5500 APU, AMD Radeon HD7560D, and 8GB of RAM. The other is a Gateway E-4610D with an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 CPU, NVIDIA GeForce 210, and 4 GB of RAM. Thank you in advance. (I asked in TomsHardware and didn't get any responses)

Mobo: MSI 2AE0 1.0 (FM2)
CPU: AMD A8 5500 (3.2/3.7GHz)
GPU: Asus GeForce GT 1030 (2GB)
PSU: HP 667893-002 (300w)
RAM: x2 Samsung M378B1G73BH0-CK0 (8GB DDR3)

Drive 1: Kingston A400 SA400S37240G (240 GB)
Drive 2: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 (1TB)

Monitor: Toshiba 23L1350U (23", 1920x1080, 60HZ)

none of those will even come close to being able to run that. sorry bud.. you're either gonna have to wait a long time before it comes to console, or spend about $700usd + monitor/peripherals + tax to be able to run that.

You'll have to get a completely new computer. None of those come close sadly

Unfortunately, neither machine is going to be able to run the game satisfactory. You'll need a completely new system to really get any decent experience. You'll be lucky to even run FSX well with those specs.

You could get into pilot school and get yourself a plane for less than what you need to get a computer that can run that flight sim at high quality.

To be fair, I'd say an R3 3300X and an RX 580 8gb can run high settings.

My RX 580 8gb I'm using temporarily does it fine

Idk, it might be possible at 1080p? Not sure, I never owned a 580 so not sure how they perform. I get ~50fps on high with my 5700xt at 1440p.

Idk, I was surprised too. I run High settings and even in photogrammetric regions I tend to average 18-22fps consistently.

Medium settings is better tho obviously in terms of fps, but I prefer High

50

You don't need that. 30 is ideal. Turn it up to medium-high and you'll likely get 24-30.
