I am having a hard time following the story.

Let's call the husband Ganon, the boyfriend Link and the woman Zelda. It's hard to keep track of "husband" and "boyfriend".

 

So Zelda was married to Ganon, but was having an affair with Link. Zelda and Link got into an argument and Zelda called Ganon over. Ganon got enraged and attacked Link.

Link equipped his master sword and stabbed Ganon. Ganon attacked back by picking up and throwing a pot at Link.

 

So, who won? What happened to the princess? Where does this story fit into the Zelda timeline?

But more importantly, who should we blame? Surely we can't blame the people involved in the fight. We need to blame video games. Before those were around nobody even attacked anyone else. Or maybe we should blame the media for glorifying murder by giving them attention. Books are so much better. Especially history books who talk about how brave soldiers were for leaving their own country to rape and plunder other, weaker countries. Maybe we should blame Obama for letting people have replicas of the Master Sword in their home. That's like begging someone to stab someone else with it. We need firmer laws to counter this!

Yea I blame the girlfriend.  She knew it would get crazy when she called her ex husband over to deal with her boyfriend just because they were arguing (and the article says they were just arguing).  Run away from her random Cosplayer dude!  Take your mastersword and flee!
