Are free cs cheats safe and legit?

Hello! i wanted to download some cs cheats to troll my friends in private matches. but im not sure if the cheats are safe i want to get them from <REMOVED BY STAFF> there is a paid and free version should i be safe to download it?

All free hacks and most of the paid ones are made to steal your account(s) and data. Don't hack.
