Amazon screwed up my order (fractal design core 500 case)

I ordered one fractal design core 500 case but they sent 2 to my granddad's home, I tried calling them to come collect the extra I've left them messages but still no reply. 

I used my granddad's credit card to to pay for it, (paid my granddad back already) I don't want my granddad to be charged for an extra. Is there any way to get amazon on the phone to fix this? I don't want to have to pay my granddad another $89.00.

Contact Amazon there is a whole section just for stuff like this. Just login with your account and use chat/phone/email or just make a ticket.

But did the creditcard get billed twice?

Not yet so far, it's been 1 and a half months already.

then it probably won't happen anymore. If they don't care, sell it. I'd wait another month or so and send them an email with an ultimatum, after that you consider it your property without extra billing.
