What is going on with new Monitors?

Hey. 

So for 2 years I was told to wait for new Monitor lines. 

Well, where are they?

 

I am sick using 1080p 60hz. 24inch

 

Who can suggest A good , reliable :

27 inch. 

144hz (Minimum)

1440p

Gsync

IPS - IMPORTANT 

 

Display???

Any suggestion please?

I chose all 'types' of GSync (including GSync compatible), up to you if you want to go that route or avoid it (some people have had bad experiences with it).

I have gtx 1070, and prefer not to update it yet.

It will not be easy. Israel limited, you can suggest , but we might dont have it

Sorry, my previous message was confusing.

There are three types of G-Sync:

- G Sync Ultimate: the 'best of the best'

- G Sync: the regular kind of G Sync

- G Sync compatible: Freesync monitors, which Nvidia tested to be compatible with the G Sync settings.

 

Some people have had bad luck with G Sync Compatible, but not with the others.

As long as you're on the latest video drivers, there shouldn't be any issues with G Sync Compatible.

the vg27AQ is a budget 8bit model, while the fl27Q or the 27GL850 is 8bit+frc with hdr600 support, if they are similar price, avoid the asus model.

about the same as the 27AQ, iirc asus actually has no competition on midrange ips, the only good monitor for the price is the pg27uq.

 

The LG 27GL850 is the first monitor that combines wide gamut with the best response time for gaming, and the FL27Q is gigabyte's answer to that, that's the reason i keep recommending those 2 monitors, asus just refuse to make good products at certain price points.

I just dont get the Gsync compatible meaning?! 

It doesnt have the Gsync, but compatible, so how that helps me?

gsync compatible means it'll work with gsync, it'll usually also work with freesync, it's just a different certification than monitors specifically made for gsync.

For monitor reviews i look at hardware unboxed

 

my take on ELMB is a marketing gimmick, though i'm more of a color person, and i've seen a 27GL850 in person, whatever motion blur reduction the 27AQ offers is unnecessary for me, and at the end of the day, the colors are worse, without the ELMB the 27AQ would be a 350usd monitor.

 

One note if u can find a 27GL850 for 50usd more than the FL27Q my recommendation would still be the 27GL850, it's the best 1440p/144hz panel ive seen to date, the FL27Q is the cheaper version that's "close enough"

Unfortunately this 3 monitors, are the best options I have Here. 

And, if you suggest, I will get the FI27Q

27GL85 actually doesn't have HDR600, it has HDR400 but true WGC

yap, my bad on that one, been looking at a g7 for someone lately lol, i wouldn't turn on hdr on a 27GL850 either way, looks off.

it's the other way around, Gsync compativle means it 's freesync  but certified to also be working with Gsync
