Is the Corsair RM650x good for rtx 2060 and a ryzen 5 3600?

yes, its a pretty good PSU, more than enough for a 2060 and a 3600.

yea, it's a really good unit, a 550w will be more than enough though.

also consider the straight power/ pure power 11, which are also good.

Yes, though I'd go for the 550W and put the extra 10 or so bucks towards some better storage, memory, case fans or pizza.

+1 for Pizza

 

Also make sure the Be Quiet Straight Power 11 Gold/Platinum isn't cheaper as those are also excellent. The SeaSonic Platinum models are also within the same price range and great.
