I'm pretty sure, that this was a mod done by someone else. I mean, Noctua proofed, that they don't have the best taste in color, but even Noctua would go and do red sleeving and keep the fan blades black. 

 

The fans they've shown of Computex were all black, and a lot of people seem to forget, that these are most likely industry - grade fans, which means they're going to be freaking loud.
