How do i reset my bios

I pressed the wrong thing when trying to select a storage device to install windows from and now my screen has a few white lines at the bottom but is black mostly. I don’t have a cap for my cmos for some reason so I can’t use that to re set it, is there a bind on the keyboard or anything I can use to reset it, thanks

there is a clear cmos jumper on that board 

short it

Going from the manual, there should be 2 pins below your GPU next to the cmos battery. Turn of your pc and psu, press the power button to clear excess power and then short those 2 pins using a flathead screwdriver.

Shove your peni... take out the CMOS battery and wait 10 minutes or like Tofu said use the jumper pins on the board

Just keeping this here as a Put the head of the screwdriver vertical between the 2 pins and then rotate until you feel some resistance. Do that for 10 seconds and it should be clearer.

@gloop I’ve got all power disconnected and the psu is off, I’ve pressed the on button multiple time’s and got all the energy out. Would you it’s okay for me to put the screwdriver in now
