I recently updated my rig with the awesome CM Storm Trooper Case, and I tried the best I could.  This is a fully built system, 3 HDDs, GPU, All that goodness:

 

 

I explicitly tried to manage all cables as best as possible, used as few ugly connectors as I could, for no other reason than to satisfy my own OCD, lol

Well, my main strategy with that was to take in the cold from the top, then exhaust it out the back.

I doubt any hot air is coming in from that thing. Mobo appears to be missing a fan or two.

He's doing pull on the radiator with them, so there is gonna be warm air being put into the case by it.

Hard to manage a super long, non-modular PSU in a mini-ITX Azza Z case. I tried my best, but it honestly doesn't look like it made any difference as far as appearances go. Hopefully when I buy a new semi-modular PSU, I can do far more to it.

Personally, I would. It might not make a difference in the long run, but you won't be blowing warm air over everything.

I'd keep it the same way, as long as you have some front intake, your rear exhaust will pull most, if not all of the AiO's intake, and the GPU looks like a blower so it'll handle itself with the front intake. Your VRM and all that might be slightly warmer like this, but that isn't that big a deal. CPU temp should be lower this way.

 

That said, experiment. Run Unigine and a CPU stress test of some sort, monitor the temps, then flip the fans around and do it again.

Current cable management is the best the HP case could allow. I had to take out the DVD drive to make it work. New case will definitely come, to get rid of some of those cables. lol

 

 

 

 

Cables have been tied with the giant, awesome quality zip tie that came with the XFX PSU and then stuffed into the DVD drive bay. It actually made it so there weren't cords hanging everywhere.

Ugh, those HP heatsinks are terribad. I can honestly suggest that you go through the trouble of taking that fan off to get an Arctic F8 with the PWM PST stuff. It actually dropped the temps by 4-5C, all while being quieter.

I have a horizontal case with sleeved cables (not much flexibility) and ONE cable management hole.
