Air cooling help for my Mini-ITX PC

My goal for posting this is two things:

1.Not to heavily modify the case (ie. cut new holes for fan mounts) as I live in an apartment and don't have the setup for it

2. No water cooling and to Find fans that'll fit in the spacial limitations without causing my PC to Thermal throttle even if it means using a little louder air coolers or purchasing a higher watt SFX Power supply.

Attached below is a couple of Images displaying my thermal limitations of my non-overclocked build's Core Temp thermal information both when idle and under Prime95 synthetic load for 8 minutes with the CPU side panel off. My cooler for this PC with the synthetic load was a combination of both the stock 120mm fan in front and the Thermaltake Engine 27 9.2 CFM CPU Cooler listed in my PC Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DcMkrV

Please be aware a month after this PC was built Lian LI released the Larger TU150 Case, a predecessor to the TU-100 and have since gone out, purchased it, made the swap and added the LTT NH-U12s CPU cooler. When running the same synthetic benchmark in the newer setup I've been able to hit 3.87-3.98ghz at 88 degrees on all cores in the larger case so I know there is more Ryzen performance potential I could be getting out of the smaller TU-100 case. However,I am not happy with it and would prefer to switch back to the smaller case.

I love the "wow" factor of a smaller case and would love to be able to get back to it, and even add an internal Blue Ray Drive. To be transparent I did purchase (and kept) the NF-F12 iPPC fan but was never sure if it would be enough of a performance increase over the stock fan, and more importantly, did not have the heart to ask my friend to help me with the swap a third time.

Please be aware my motherboard does support LGA115X CPU coolers and NOT a typical Ryzen Cooler. Thank you to the community for your help!!! I understand this is a long post but I really tried my best as thorough as possible. This is my first post so please go easy on me :-). Thank you.

I mean in the TU-100 outside of the one 120mm intake fan there is not much more to do for cooling, the Thermaltake Engine 27 is not a great CPU cooler though, something like a Noctua NH-L9a or Cryorig C7 would be better, but the ideal would be a 120mm AIO. Otherwise you are stress testing it pretty hard, those temps are not reflective of real world applications. See how it does during a gaming session.

My goal would be to achieve the performance I paid for in an ultra-portable package  by Using components that can maintain reliability even when transported  This is why I like air cooling, for the same reason I like SSD because it proves to be reliable with little interfering.

I understand the it is an unrealistic scenario but my thought process was if it could achieve max synthetic load like the 4.1ghz on all cores under synthetic blow 95 degrees than It could do pretty much anything without worry but I guess this was false thinking.

The reason I continue to not care to much about sound is because I thought there could be a higher RPM fan from a reputable maker that could make things work.
