Explain Your Username

I am terrible at coming up with titles, names, or any sort of overarching branding. So, I resorted to my best friend, the random word generator. After a long session of abusing the f5 key, I came to this username, which made some sense to me at the time. 

Crude = oil; oil is related to many mechanical things; I like building things like robots and taking things apart.

Fallout = video game; I loved fallout 3, It was one of my favorite games, also fallout reminds me of nuclear sciences, and I have an interest in nuclear physics.

It made sense to me? I really have no idea. In any case, I've stuck with it.

Use it as my username for everything. Even banking and online food shopping.

As a young lad I was very much into techno ( I guess all the neon came with the territory). I was also a Mario fanatic, played it almost every moment of my life. I needed an email at the age of 8 ish and all I could think of was this small poster I used to have that some guy made for me that was of Bowser and Mario dueling it out outlined in neon colors on a black background. It was the coolest thing I remember owning. So since then its been my handle.

the first forum I ever signed up for was an iPhone and Macintosh community, so I know the famous iMac, so I took the first letter of  my name (Yoav) and added "mac".

should be pronounced like iMac, Ymac. "Y" than "mac"

Back when I was younger, the first username I chose was Bomb24. That was back when I used to play Combat Arms. Afterwards, I made a few different accounts with a few different iterations of my initial username. Finally, I decided that I wanted my username to be Killerbomb, but I assumed that someone already had taken that one, thus my username is missing one L. Ever since, I have pretty much stuck with this username. 

 

Not a very interesting story, I know, but that's how it came to fruition.

Well, I took a look at the periodic table. And there my name was, Lithium. But where did the "Xe" come from?

Well, try using Lithium as a username. To save you time, it's taken almost everywhere. So I just added the "Xe" infront of it cause it looks good and sounds awesome.

 

In games where you can have multiple characters I usually name my characters Xelithium, Zelithium and Celithium.

My favorite song of all time is 3 doors down - Kryptonite. the song played one day when I was creating a character on an MMO and the name Kryptonite was taken, now I'm known as Crypto / Cryptonite and it's been one of my signature names for online since. Besides I like how mysterious Kryptonite (the stone) is, it can bring superman to his knees yet give someone with no power at all some amazing new "tricks". It's the greatest source of good or evil depending on the one who yields it.

It started in 2006 with club penguin, now back in the day "when I was 8" I watched the disney channel and there was this episode of the suite life of zack and cody or something like that. where there was this "stereotypical" child star known as "Lil LIl" so I went thru that in my head the day I signed up for club penguin. And thought that a great name "I had that guy saying his name stuck in my head at the time" would be something catchy and having to do with penguins (which are my favorite animal) and thus the name LIl Chillbil was born. The name now rings throughout many a chatroom and forum and page in the internet as its the only name I use. 

 

 

kind of a stupid story but I still think its a good username
