Well I was a huge pokemon fan and piplup was my favorite pokemon and Gao is my last name. When I used to make a username it would always be piplupgao and now even though now I'm not a very big pokemon fan anymore the name just stuck.

I got into fixing and building pc's back in the mid 90's. I was 15 and I loved it. When I graduated high school and went to college I started doing drugs heavily and never had the money to do anything with pc's. I met my wife about 4 years later. She didnt do drugs and encouraged me to stop. I eventually stopped and realized I had alot of extra money. Being an addict is hard and having extra money made me want to buy drugs so instead I started buying pc parts and building again. Its kind of a way to treat myself for not doing drugs. I used to play runescape years back and my username was cobra, I have a Scottish friend who I also used to play runescape with and he started calling me cobiekins for no reason at all haha, So after a while I kinda got used to it and changed my username to iCobie, As in (I am Cobie) seeing as everybody had started calling me either cobiekins or cobie by then i decided it was time to take up the name full time and I came up with iCobie as stated above :) Fun times hehe
