I found this from bilibili, a Chinese video sharing website based in Shanghai. And..... is this official LTT channel or just other guy make it ? Since Linus does not mention his video have on other websites.

I couldn't tell you if that specifically is Linus' Billibilli channel, but they certainly do have a Billibilli channel.

He has mentioned it in passing a couple times over the years. Dennis coordinates some of the Chinese translation efforts.

Hey there. LTT does have a Chinese TL team on Bilibili, Linus explicitly mentions them in this video:

A brief glance at their channel and statistics seem to suggest it is the official Linus Tech Tips Bilibili channel. It's surpassed 100,000 fans (subscribers) like the LTT video above states, it explicitly mentions receiving TL permission from the Linus Media Group ("辉光字幕组在莱纳斯媒体集团授意下托管此频道"), and they have listed some basic contact info (lttchina@linusmediagroup.com).

Bilibili. It's a video sharing/live-streaming platform, primarily available in Chinese. Not sure if there's an option to change languages.

The closest English alternative would be Twitch or YouTube, I suppose, although Bilibili isn't a purely games-centered platform. The most striking feature of the site is its real-time comments section, which kind of acts like the chat in Twitch or YouTube Live, but different in that viewers can see comments scrolling by over the video in real-time (the feature can be disabled, if it gets annoying).

No, you can't change the language. But you can use browser bulit-in translator. (Chrome based Edge).

He confirmed the situation in his latest video, the Chinese fans started translating and reposting videos themselves and when LTT found out in a smart  "if you can't beat them, join them" way hired them to do it officially.

In the latest video he is taking the contacts he made through it to receive videos of their setups (and then roast them) to celebrate their New Year (of the rabbit)

hi, bili, yes you can. in their app, its called "overseas" settings (doesn't translate the videos though,  you need indeed google for that. which you cant do if you have installed the app because it auto-opens, real clever!)
