Depends on what games and the resolution.

It will be fine for 1080p@60Hz gaming on high-ish settings.

Not sure about its NVENC prowess.

what? 1050ti for gaming? contrary to many member's optimistic view, 1050ti will most likley give you 45~50fps on 1080p medium. Games will be slightly unplayable and annoying unless you play non-demanding games like minecraft.

rx 570 4gb is much better at gaming. you might be able to stream a little better with 1050ti, but for gaming rx 570 4gb is much better

1050Ti is not worth touching now, i would buy an RX 570 or go for a 5600XT at 1080P.

If you want some headroom, a 5700-XT will dominate any game you throw at it and at higher resolutions, if you want the cream of the crop and don't care about money, 2080S.

IMO it's not a good option for 2020, it's way overpriced and the performance is pretty poor.

Depends on your system really, if your running something like a 3770 or earlier then that 1050 Ti might not be such a bad choice if you can get it for cheap. I'd say it's worth about 90$ at the moment, everything above that is overpriced. Streaming in 720p, depending on the game might be possible. But you would need to reduce those settings to medium or lower, also somewhat depending on the cpu. The 1050 Ti has the feature set of a Maxwell card when it comes to rendering. You really want to use a full Pascal card like the 1060 or higher if you're live streaming.

its a bad choice man. An oced 3770k does not bottleneck the 1080 in most games. 1050ti should be paired with a much weaker CPU for it to make sense.
