iRacing is good in terms of optimization, the in-game graphics quality adjustments are great for tweaking to your desired quality/FPS targets. A 1060 6gb would give you a decent triple 1080p experience as the game isn't particularly hard to run. For 1440p triples ideally i'd be looking at a 2080ti, a 6700xt or a 3070 A team mate of mine runs triple 1440p with a 2070 Super and manages to get by.

Are you running Fortnite in DX11 or DX12? Does it happen on any other games?
-
Have you tried the other Pcie outs from the PSU?

Your GPU seems to be limited, avg clock frequency is very low. Check Nvidia control panel to make sure there's no power limits in place.
-
Score is low for a 3600 running 4550mhz, should be closer to 10,800pts. Looks like you have a decent chip to play with though.

The 2 pin is just + and - Has no rpm sense or pwm so should work on any 3 or 4 pin fan header and have DC control. Can you link the fan you have in mind?

"Issue" with voltages on my new asus tuf 6900xt
glenalz81 replied to David0ne86's topic in Graphics Cards
Does the voltage still spike with the power limit not at +40%? -
KFA2 iirc is the Euro version of Galax.

Are the chipset drivers installed on the new OS? -
Coil whine comes from vibrations made from current passing through a component like an inductor, sometimes we're unlucky and the vibrations resonate at a frequency that we can hear. Like @alyensaid, it's easy to rule out the AIO by reducing the speed to minimum or setting a static speed.
-
Coil whine i'd guess. More noticeable when the GPU is loaded?

Try disabling XMP and see if the issue persists.

Lian Li 011 Air and Corsair 540 Air are 2 that spring to mind.

Quality issues and interference are known features on front panel audio. Do whatever you need to do to use the rear ports.

What LLC settings are you running when you overclock? Some motherboards have a tendency under report the voltage. Maybe grab hwinfo64 and check power deviation report under load. https://www.hwinfo.com/forum/threads/explaining-the-amd-ryzen-power-reporting-deviation-metric-in-hwinfo.6456/

I'm talking about the dozen or so i've worked with personally not what i've heard. What i mean is it's almost always a compatibility issue and not a fault in the hardware. Yeah i read that wrong...2017

You're on a very old BIOS, worth updating for better compatibility. Not seen a 3000 chip yet that can't run ram at 3600MHz and it's worth buying a kit that is on the QVL.
-
What's your friends RAM speed? As 2400mhz compared to say a 3600mhz kit is a huge chunk of performance, especially with minimum fps on GTAV.
