I like the Noctua fan, its does what i need it to. and no point on wasting money on another fan when this one is one of the best.

I also like the GPU wiring as it shows off the G10 bracket

Don't need to replace it ,just swap the sp120 (?) and the Noctua fan around, Or is that an ap120? Which makes sense in that configuration I guess, it just throws off the look. Don't get me wrong, I'm a massive Noctua fan.

You could just route the cables around to right? That's how I have my cables routed and it works pretty well. The "PCI-E" power cable hole for me is useless, as it covers up too much.

Its a H90 AIo so i have a AF140 fulling air through the rad and the Noctua Pushing.

I was using Pull only so the Noctua was hidden but i saw Linus's Video on push/pull configs and i had the AF140 lying around so i put it on.

I could take the AF off and use the Noctua as pull only but that would affect the temps wouldn't it?

I like seeing the cables so it doesn't bother me but you gave me an idea on how to hide the stick stopping the GPU from bending :)

Hello members of the NZXT H440 owners club,

I am about to do my first ever build with a Intel 4690k and a GTX 970. However, I am having an issue regarding the case, specifically the lack of ODD slots in the H440.

So, I have a question for anyone who owns a H440. Would it be possible to sit an ODD underneath the PSU shroud? This means I would have to take the door off to change discs, but I really only have 1 disc that needs to stay in my comp so that isn't really an issue. I have had a look at external disc drives, but they do not offer the speed required to play games off a disc.

So, all I really need to know is if a ODD will sit (in any orientation) underneath the PSU shroud in a H440.

Any replies are appriciated. Thank you!

It would fit in the front of the case on the floor, beneath the hdd areas.

P.s. you can turn the disc into a .iso and create a virtual drive on your computer.

Epic build man!

Have you tried using just push or pull on that H100? Is there much of a difference?

Didn't want to go for an NF-A14 for the rear exhaust?

I hope you have some fan control on those Noctua's, it must sound like a cyclone with all those 3000rpm fans at 100%.

I'll be posting my 8 Noctua PPC H440 soon as well. Still making changes though.

I didn't think I would need a 140mm exhaust because of the push pull exhaust config . I haven't tried the difference between push pull and push or pull alone . But I would think it does make a difference in the h440. I have no fan controller and it sounds louder than a cyclone ! Had to mod a molex adapter to make it 7v to make it sound somewhat quiet . But these fans are awesome . They move tons of air even through the little room they have . I can actually feel the air go in and out .

I love this case.

Maybe I will use one in 2015 when Intel Skylake releases.

Is this the only Mid Tower Case that supports 2x 120 x 360mm radiators?

It doesn't support two 360mm rads.

Yep. It has mounting for two 360mm rads, however, you can't have two 360s in at once since they conflict with eachother.

You have to mount 1 with the ports toward the back of the case from what I undestand.

look at my picture post 416. it support two 30mm rad

Just look at my picture, 2 slim will fit :P

ok, here what the case can support.

1x120 or 1x140 or 1x240 or 1x280 or 1x360 (30mm thick) top and a 360mm (30mm thick) front.

If you have 2 360mm, the port on the front one will be toward top, and the port on the top one will be toward rear.

Note: you cant have multiport in this case

If you want to be safe, the best cooling solution after 2 360mm is one 360mm and one 280mm

It doesn't support two 360mm rads.

You can squeeze two in.

Some had a 45mm 360 rad in top and a 60mm 360 rad in front.

There was some overlap, but as long as the front was in push and the top was in pull it didn't cause any issues

Edit: It was a 30mm in top and 45 in front, that's confirmed. But i'm sure a 60 could fit in the front, there would just be more overlap.

The fan controller inside don't help this?

Someone have pics of black/red theme with white leds and with red leds? I'm choosing colors

Another question, it's possible to link the rear original led with an other led for example to lights them togheter?

Thank you
