WiFi Connected, and Ethernet but NO INTERNET

Solved by Naterr,
Welp... driver updates did no good (downloaded straight from ASUS website), ran through more commands through CMDprompt (netsh ip and winsock commands) and that didn't work.
I then booted the machine back up, and uninstalled another security app called Webroot, and uninstalled the Qualcomm adapter at the same time (I think) and rebooted the machine a 4th or 5th time and we're up and running!
Don't know which one fixed it, but were good.
I also downloaded Malawarebytes (Free) and updated their Windows Defender rules, and uninstalled all their old antivirus junk and will explain why MB and Windows defender is the way to go.
They should be good for web browsing and gaming and all the essentials!
