Plan for Third PC Build

I need feed backs on this build. I'm plan on using this build for both school work and gaming.

Intel i9-9900ks

Aorus ATC 800

Gigabyte Z390 AORUS MASTER ATX

Gigabyte AORUS RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4 2 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (main storage)

Gigabyte AORUS 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (OP)

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE Video Card

Cougar Panzer Max ATX Full Tower Case

CORSAIR RMX Series, RM750x, 750 Watt, 80+ Gold Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply

 

Question 1: could i use the NVMe without using the heat sink provided on the motherboard?

Question 2: which slots should i used for main storage and OP?

Question 3: where should i place the Liquid cooling AIO front or top? pull or push air flow?

 

Note 1: I'm also getting cable mod vertical gpu mount.

Note 2: Also plan on getting 2 AORUS KD25F 24.5" 240Hz 1080P monitors.

Why go Gen4 if you're just putting it in a Gen3 Intel build in the first place?

 

edit: don't get me wrong, that drive is pretty sweet. I've got one in my 3950 build, it's just pretty pricey for a build where it's going to get bottlenecked by the interface

The RMx series is literally Tier A and at 750W it's more than enough for a 2080Ti and a 9900KS.

a 650w would've perfectly done here, but i'd see rmx as far from cheaping out, it's one of the better units on the current market and perfectly fine for a system like this

You can use the capabilities on this SSD on that system. So that is a waste of money. Get cheaper drives like the silicon power a80 that will do the exCt same job on that system

as you can clearly see from seasonic's website, the fan kicks in at around 50% load
