Well yes, it has a no fan mode up to a certain usage but when that thing does spin up you'll listen to... in fact we have threads right here at the forum about the issue:

If you have money to invest in a super high end PSU, there are nicer alternatives to the Prime in my opinion... I personally went with the beQuiet! Dark Power Pro 11 but all this is indeed somewhat overkill when we have in mind the RMx suffices.

Seasonic is making exclusively PSU's!

Nothing else.

It also makes some Corsair models and for other known brands.

A single Corsair PSU incorporates a Seasonic design, out of their whole current catalog, and that's the AX. Still, it's not even entirely a Seasonic design, as it partially incorporates a design by Flex as well. The rest of Corsair's units are Flex designs.

 

Kind of amazing how you don't know any of these things and still pretend that we are the ones that do not know about power supplies.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

I'm not sure what this has to do with the lower quality FAN used on their Prime line up in comparison to beQuiet! and Corsair similarly priced alternatives. Do you mean it's expected that Seasonic will have inferior FANs due to not being a reputable brand for FANs in the first place?

 

Because if that's what you're trying to say then why are you recommending it in the first place?

Usually you should use the one at the top, like most high up... but do check manual to verify. You have to use the one that supports nvme in the first place.

im plan on using 2 nvme ssd and i was wondering does it matter which slots to use for OP and main storage?

No not really they have usually the same speed but look at the manual in any case.

 

I myself use the Z390 Ultra and iirc there is no downgraded speed between the connectors.
