Ryzen 5 3600 or Ryzen 5 3500x

Should I buy 3500x instead of 3600. I mostly play games at 1080p. In my country (Banglades), the price difference is like  50 dollar. I am using 1060 3gb. (Maybe update later). Sometimes my brother do some rendering in premier pro. (Not frequent). 

 

Im currently using 4 core i5 6402p. Is it noticeable to jump from 4 core to 6 core? Budget is also a problem.

Considering that the 3600 is the best bang-for-buck gaming CPU right now and that you might upgrade your GPU later, I will say that you should buy the 3600.

If you're playing at 1080p 60Hz, you could go for used 2600 instead with some nice B450 board.

The 3500X is great for gaming only purposes, and if you ever need CPU upgrades down the line the 4000 series will be an option.

It is in the United States, but that's because there's no cheaper Zen 2 options. The 3500X really changed things up in Asia for gaming only PCs.

The Ryzen 5 2600 or 2600X if cheaper or same price are a better alternative than the R5 3500X.

 

Losing Cache and SMT you are getting essentially an weaker i5 9400F which won't have a whole lot of breathing room and offer worse 1% and 0.1% low performance in gaming.

3600...3500x is weak sauce in comparison.
