Issue where default gateway won't show in cmd

So when I do ipconfig it shows that DHCP is disabled

That would be because you setup a static IP address on your computer. Once we verify it's working in the router we can try enabling it again.

Does it say DHCP is enabled? A screen shot here may also help.

Dumbest default router configuration ever. Do you plan on having more than 50 devices on your network ever?

Then this should work well enough.

Re-enable DHCP on your computer. Run ipconfig /renew for good measure and verify that you get an IP between .51 & .100.

If you can visit the internet you're good to go. If not you may need to setup DNS.

How would I do that?

You didn't mention how you setup the static IP yourself but if you go into your Network Connections and go to the IPv4 settings on your NIC it will give you two options. Get an IP automatically or assign one manually. Set it to automatically, save, exit.

Good. Don't know why DHCP is disabled by default.

Some ISP's do that. What you need to do is go back into the router and find the DNS server settings. I guess you are going to have to outline your own DNS servers if they aren't already populated. Who is your ISP?

Gonna mention that my ISP gave me a login and a password. I use that to connect to the internet with the wan cable by connecting using pppoe.

It's not a well known ISP called Slavcom (Russian ISP). Only ISP in my area.

I don't have any experience with PPPoE. If we have to configure that I'm at a loss...The router should have settings for it though.

Yeah, I can't find what their DNS servers are. You could use 3rd party DNS servers such as Google (8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4) or CloudFlare(1.1.1.1,1.0.0.1).

I can point you to The User Manual that I found which should be your router. PPPoE starts on page 98.

Also gonna call my ISP tomorrow. Maybe they could help.

They may be of assistance here. It's possible you'll need them to enable this on their end of the connection.
