Is my GPU and RAM good enough for 2 monitors?

Hello guys,

i would like to run 2 monitors for streaming ,currently i use only 1 monitor and my question is ,would i notice any difference if i run 2 monitors?

My GPU is 8GB KFA2 GeForce RTX 2070 EX

RAM 16GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3000 DIMM CL16 Dual Kit

You can run three displays off a 30$ GPU from 6 years ago, so you'll definitely be fine.

 

You can stream just fine with both of those. What cpu?

2700x and a 2070 with 16GB of RAM?

just one small ting, i realized when running 2 screens, think i had a 970 gtx at the time or a 670, where to boost clock were higher, so the cards ran way hotter, in idle states and used more power, with 2 screens compared to one, it was something like Strix cards running 33 degrees idle, and 50 ish with dual screen, still with no fan spin

Yea you will notice it. You’re gonna notice the rig streaming period. 

Depends on what all you’re going on the other monitor.

I run two monitors with no problems and I have a GTX 970, one display is for multitasking or SLOBS and the other is for gaming.
