You shouldn't have the 180 day cooldown if it was changed by a moderator. You should be able to change the name. If it doesn't allow you to change it send me a PM.

lol. Not a good idea to use a joke as a user name. My original steam user name got censored in rocket league. Need to be really smart to have a comical user name.
