I'm going to build a custom base for my wheel sometime this year. So far I have the wheel and a chair.

It's seems to me that the post in the middle would be quite irritating. Also the pedals on the G27 are too close together for me (it's hard to heel toe downshift) so I'm going to custom mount mine. And I'll put in a handbrake.

1997 Buick Skylark Custom (this color. With some engine tweaks, ours gave Mustangs a run for their money, due to the power/weight ratio. And we STILL got better gas milage than most Priuses.)

A friend of mine got one of these from his grandpa a month ago and has only caused him to get stranded in the middle of winter... He also sucks at taking care of cars, so that's a problem with owning older cars.
