What is the best CPU for the best performance in Fortnite regardless of the price? Is it the new Intel i9-9900KS at 5GHz on all cores?

No, it isn't. It's 9900KS under liquid nitrogen overclocked to 8GHz. You said price don't matter

I think Fortnite is one of those that don't like HT a whole bunch so likely a 5.3ghz i7 9700KF

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
