Not gonna hurt my feelings at all bud :) It's good enough to max out BF4 at 1440p and push 90ish FPS avg. So it's totally fine for my needs :) But it's not ridiculous or anything ik :P

well the target is Haswell-e and GTX 880...  I already know the pricing on it and the pricing is greatish.. GTX 880 may cost as much as GTX 780 on the launch

I am only afraid of the DDR4 costs and the motherboard costs.. I think the Ram will cost more then the CPU. And then we have the  mobo to, Mah god...

who ever is at the highest on the folding team probably (i frgt his name)

well i have a particularly powerfull folding system but that is probably far from the most powerfull system here, some nutcase that goes around puking money probably has 2-4 way 780ti or titans and 2 xeon processors, maybe whalers old gpu farm takes the crown.. i have no idea what gpus he had though.

wy dont you just combine your editing rig and gaming pc ?

im too lazy to reinstall windows, you know how it works with the motherboard change, anyways as i edit a decent amount and so does my father on it means its better, the 660 ti is better for the editing. Might swap that 660 ti for a quadro k600.

For what I do with my computer? Myself. Only issue I have is lack of RAM (need to get 16GB in this rig!)

For gaming? Go find a dual 780TI rig

For video? Go find someone with a 4960x and dual 290x

15" MBP TB

AMD 5800X | Gigabyte Aorus Master | EVGA 2060 KO Ultra | Define 7 || Blade Server: Intel 3570k | GD65 | Corsair C70 | 13TB
